"Babymoon"

Phil and I are planning a little "babymoon" getaway for President's Day weekend, which also happens to be our 11-year anniversary of being a couple. Since I can't do many physical activities (no snowboarding, hiking, etc.), we're looking for a quiet, romantic, relaxing place no more than 4 hours away. We're thinking somewhere on the Olympic Peninsula (Port Angeles/Port Townsend) or San Juan Islands. Please let us know if you have any suggestions!

An interesting FYI - "Babymoon" originally meant a "honeymoon" for new parents and their infant, but is now being used (especially among marketing/travel industries) to mean a last-hurrah trip during pregnancy.

Hey, we just planned our Babymoon for a weekend in March! We're heading to Orcas Island in the San Juans. Brian's Mom has a time-share thing, so we're staying for free. But I'm excited to be going somewhere close that I've never been.
Anther suggestion would be Victoria BC (no passport needed until 2008 unless you fly in). I've heard there are some really good deals with the Victoria Clipper.
If you do go to the peninsula, check out the restaurant "C'est Si Bon" in Port Angeles (http://www.cestsibon-frenchcuisine.com/). It's a dress-up place, not cheap, but the food is TO DIE for!

Cool Natalie! We're going to Orcas Island too! It's called The Inn at Ship Bay http://www.innatshipbay.com. We're going Feb 17-19 so I'll post some pics after that.
